The new Zacaria warehouse was delivered to EBM Papst

EBM Papst, the world’s leading manufacturer of electric motors and fans for the automotive industry, has moved to a new tailor-made building in Western Industrial Park in Oradea.

This is the first production space in Romania for the German group, which had until now a representative office in Brasov. The building, designed and built entirely to the client’s requirements, covers 6,300 sqm, of which 5,000 sqm are set for production and storage and 1,300 sqm for offices.  Construction works on this build-to-suit project began in the fall of 2017. The German group is currently in the process of installing the production equipment.
