Zacaria Group purchased the former BMR platform in Sibiu’s Eastern Industrial Zone, just a few weeks ago. The future industrial park will have a total area of 46.200 m2 of industrial warehouses, on a platform of 86,000 m2, for multiple types of businesses. Located at the crossroad of Stefan cel Mare Street with Podului Street, the new industrial park will be only 400 m away from A1 Highway.

Through this acquisition, Zacaria Group extends its total area of industrial parks located in the Eastern Industrial Zone of Sibiu and reaches a total of 88,200 m2. The other 3 industrial parks – United Logistics, Central Logistics and General Logistics, are 95% rented. Our clients have various activities, from metal production and storage to courier activities or call-center.

Unlike other industrial buildings, here we will start building the warehouse from scratch and we will work with our future customers to adapt their spaces from the very beginning. Warehouse units will be rented, with areas starting at 500 m2, but at the same time we offer the possibility of building offices or showrooms. The first modules will be available starting with June 2017.

Zacaria Group is a major player on the Romanian real-estate market, with a history of 11 years, and is part of the group Alf Mizzi & Sons, a group founded in Malta, that has over 100 years of experience. Zacaria Group owns residential and industrial projects in Sibiu, Cisnadie, Alba Iulia, Arad, Oradea and Craiova.
